Smith Clinesmith LLP is a dedicated law firm that works hard to protect the rights of the elderly throughout the United States. Founded in 1998, by Curtis Clinesmith, our Firm is focused on handling individual claims of those injured due to someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing in a senior care facility.

Our attorneys, paralegals, medical experts, nurses and investigators are ready and willing to evaluate nursing home and elder abuse claims and help our clients build the strongest cases possible. We are successful in providing litigation for cases all over the United States and we are one of the largest nursing home abuse law practices in our home state of Texas.

Most importantly, we believe wholeheartedly in our mission to fight for justice and act as allies to those who cannot fight for themselves AND for the people who love them.
