Charly serves the firm as the Chief Operations Officer. She oversees all daily business operations and administrative activities. In addition, she coordinates with the Executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, manages client retention and concerns, and guides employee relations. Charly is also responsible for financial forecasting and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.

Charly has been with the firm for over 20 years, and the majority of her professional career has involved providing administrative support in the health care and legal industry. She studied at North Central Texas College and enhances her education by attending legal conferences and participating in strategic management and finance continuing education courses at top universities across the country. Recently, Charly obtained certifications for PRINT® Survey, KOLBE Index, and DISC to enhance our firm’s ability to understand and leverage team dynamics and strengths to improve organizational efficiency and better serve our clients.
