He oversees firmwide systems—including Salesforce administration, Microsoft infrastructure, cybersecurity, and reporting tools—and works closely with the executive team to align strategic goals with operational performance. Erik also manages AI implementation, business process optimization, and employee onboarding to ensure seamless workflow and sustainable growth.

With a strong background in both education and legal operations, Erik brings a forward-thinking, tech-driven mindset to every project. He is certified in Tableau and will be a certified Salesforce Admin as well. Erik continually enhances his knowledge through hands-on work in automation, CRM integrations, and emerging technologies.
