Erik Montaña is the Chief Strategy Officer at Smith Clinesmith LLP, where he leads the firm’s CRM administration, data operations, and IT and security infrastructure. Partnering closely with the CEO, Erik is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the firm’s Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring secure and efficient system performance, and overseeing all data collection, analysis, and reporting across departments.

Erik brings deep expertise in business intelligence and workflow optimization, spearheading analytics initiatives that improve decision-making and operational efficiency across departments. He is a certified Tableau Desktop Specialist and holds multiple certifications in marketing technology. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics, expected in 2025.
