Erik serves the firm as Chief Strategy Officer, working directly with the CEO. He is responsible for assisting with resource allocation, data handling, talent acquisition and hiring, and performance management. He oversees all employee KPI metrics, and manages the collection, distribution, and accuracy of all data within the firm through the firm’s CRM software.

In Erik’s short time with the firm, he enrolled in and completed a marketing crash course, earning three certifications for various marketing software. He is also currently in the process of earning a Master of Science in Data Analytics with an expected completion date in 2025.
