Erik spearheads AI implementation, digital marketing strategy, business process optimization, and talent onboarding as core pillars of the firm's growth engine.

With a strong background in both education and legal operations, Erik brings a forward-thinking, tech-driven mindset to every initiative he leads. He is certified in Tableau and is a Certified Litify Practice Management Administrator. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in AI/ML at George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Science, Erik continually deepens his expertise in machine learning, automation, CRM integrations, and emerging technologies.
