Biography

Jessica worked in Senior Living Communities for 15 years and is familiar with working with seniors and their families. Her experience has made her a more patient, compassionate and gracious person, and she brings those skills to her role as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager. Her main duties include guiding clients through the pre-litigation stage by performing formal intakes, completing intake and family memos, as well as requesting the necessary records for each case.
