Biography

Lauren grew up in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from J.J. Pearce High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus on Human Resources and Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List.

Lauren serves as an Executive Assistant at Smith Clinesmith, providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership. Her role includes managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, preparing agendas and presentation materials, and serving as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders. Lauren also supports recruiting and hiring efforts by overseeing candidate communications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding to help ensure a seamless hiring process. Known for her discretion and organization, she plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency across the firm.
