Biography

Natalie serves the firm as the Chief Process Officer. She is responsible for business process management by driving change and keeping the organization on task. She oversees business process activities and is responsible for defining process rules, policies, framework, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that the main objectives follow the firm's strategy as well as establishing control, governance, and measurement mechanisms.

She is a graduate of Leadership Women, Class of 2015; and a graduate of the Leadership Certificate Program from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Continuing & Professional Education, Class XIV. She has been in executive senior management, operations, and performance coaching her entire business career; and has raised over a half a billion dollars in philanthropic funds to help support various vulnerable populations including seniors suffering from lack of quality medical care and food insecurities.

Natalie’s passion for helping the elderly led her to become a senior advocate in the early 2010s speaking at numerous in-person events, educating various organizations across the country on how to advocate for their local seniors, and was the go-to on-air “Aging Population Expert" for various television news broadcasts. Natalie brings her unwavering commitment to helping seniors and her wealth of business knowledge to her position with the firm.
