Sarina holds the position of Chief of Staff at Smith Clinesmith. She leads Talent Acquisition and Education, ensuring that the team is equipped with top-tier legal professionals and that all staff are continually trained to better serve clients seeking justice for elder abuse. Sarina's diverse background in medical and pharmaceutical sales within Long-Term Care environments brings a unique depth of understanding to her role.

She is a highly credentialed professional with four teaching certifications in the State of Texas, and she is also a licensed real estate agent. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth, she recently expanded her expertise by enrolling in Cornell University's Recruiting and Talent Acquisition program. This November, she successfully completed the program, earning a certificate that further strengthens her skills in strategic hiring, recruitment best practices, and talent management.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarina is a proud mother of five daughters and a loving grandmother to Eleanor and Wolf, balancing her family life with her passion for making a difference in advocacy for elderly care.
